Coach Karen Harvey has had the Florida State Women on the podium every year since 2007 with two 3rd place finishes and two runner-up finishes (2009, 2010). After losing some big names the past two years (Kuijken, Cheriyout, McShine) Coach Harvey talks about a rebuilding year and what this 2011 team can accomplish.
This past weekend the Seminoles finished a close second place to Clemson at the Clemson Invitational. The ladies ran relaxed until 5k and then were unleashed as they moved through the pack quickly over the final 1000 meters. Full Results HERE
